Susana must return to Spain and abandon her modeling career in Paris. Her goal is to take care of her grandmother, who has recently suffered a major stroke. It means a lot to the young woman, as her parents tragically passed away years ago and her grandmother raised her as if she were her own daughter. The idea is to find someone specialized to care for the elderly woman. What was initially just a few days alone... will quickly turn into a terrible nightmare.
