Three women and a man are traveling in a van at night, in the darkness of a secondary road. Suddenly, a female hiker passes in front of them and is run over. On the way to the hospital inside the car, the new passenger engages in some frankly bizarre behavior. The fight for the life of each of the vehicle's original occupants has begun.
