Local industry
In addition, the Canary Islands Special Zone Consortium will be present, as well as more than thirty accredited local professionals, who will attend this fifth edition of the Isla Calavera Industry Meeting, which aims to establish itself as a reference for the presentation of opportunities and to share knowledge and experiences of filming in the Canary Islands, in order to promote the local industry and give visibility to the potential of professionals who develop their work in the archipelago.
This professional activity will allow attendees to learn in detail about the possibilities of establishing themselves in the Canary Islands and filming in the islands, both for the fantastic and diverse locations they offer, as well as for the fiscal conditions and opportunities involved. An annual meeting that brings together consolidated production companies, with their experienced and unique vision, but also open to emerging producers interested in establishing their projects in the archipelago, to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by the current film industry and the possibilities that are revealed in a territory such as the Canary Islands.
